报告摘要:In this talk, we focus on the global boundedness and asymptotic behavior of classical solutions for density suppressed motility model. To understand the ``self-trapping'' mechanism inducing spatio-temporal pattern formations observed in the experiment for bacterial motion, the density-suppressed motility model was proposed. The purpose of this paper is to consider the Cauchy problem with the algebraic decaying motility function with exponent $m$. we obtain that the condition $0<m<\frac{2}{(N-2)_+}$ can warrant the global boundedness of solutions, based on which the asymptotic spreading behavior for solutions which are observed for genuine patterns in experiment is verified.

李静,中央民族大学教授、数学系系主任。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,完成国家自然科学基金青年项目等。主要研究方向为非局部反应扩散方程、生物趋化模型,聚焦于解的渐近行为,行波解,Cauchy问题解的传播理论,在JDE,JMB,Nonlinearity等期刊发表论文30多篇。
